This sterling silver snake ring is decorated with a snake design in 18 K gold. The snake curls around some silver and gold granulations that represent eggs.

The richly textured sterling silver band appears like a hammered finish but this effect is actually achieved by bringing the silver close to its melting point and allowing small ripples to naturally form on the suface.

With this technique no two rings ever end up having the same texture. This technique is only found on handcrafted jewelry.
