Handmade silver ring with magic eye motif

This unique handmade sterling silver and gold ring has a distinctive ancient feel to it.

The 18K Gold symbols on the ring mimic those found on Greek and Roman artifacts dating back as far as the second millennium BC.

Motifs similar to those on this unique handcrafted ring were once used by Roman soldiers as votive offerings to invoke the aid of their gods and goddesses, often to bring good luck at the gambling table.

The rich natural texture on the sterling silver band is achieved by a traditional artisan technique called reticulation and is only found on handmade silver jewellery.
