Snake jewellery

The snake is a powerful symbol, often asociated with healing, wisdom, fertility and resurrection. The ancients believed that the snake held the secrets to eternal life. Snake motifs on jewellery were intended to protect the owner against evil spirits.

You may notice that some of the snake jewellery items have already been sold. I chose to include them because the are favorites of mine and I would like a good excuse to re-create them for any lover of handmade serpent jewellery.
